“You use hypnosis not as a cure, but as a means of establishing a favorable climate in which to learn.”
-Milton Erickson

We all have baggage we are carrying around that impact our current decisions, often not in a positive way. The intention for life is to love and live in a flow of peace. As we go through the process of life, we frequently experience incidents that impact us profoundly in a negative way. How do you discover what experiences are buried in your subconscious mind that are driving your poor choices and feelings of not being enough?

Hypnosis is an exceptional tool to excavate the discomfort of the past. Whether we are challenged by poor habits or relationship issues, we can discover a sense of freedom from burdens through the experience of hypnosis. Buried obstacles surface which enables us to design correction.

During hypnosis you undergo a process that helps you relax and focus your mind. This state is similar to sleep, in that you are deeply relaxed.  While in this relaxed state you experience a heightened ability to focus and respond positively to suggestion.

With hypnosis and the discovery of barriers blocking us from a supportive mindset, we can begin to rebuild a healthy base for healing. With commitment, we gravitate to the life we most want to live, overcome obstacles, and accomplish goals.

How do you develop freedom from barriers? Set your intentions:
1. To acknowledge the ability to adjust and change.
2. To assess and release negative impediments and soul wounds.
3. To create a focus of what you desire.

Hypnosis can perpetuate healthy progress in unearthing what prohibits from the life we yearn to experience. With newly discovered information, corrective measures become more accessible, and a creative climate begins.
