Hypnosis Changes Outdated Patterns of Behavior

Have you ever had a day or days that you feel off balance, yet you cannot quite put your finger on the problem? Unresolved emotions impact our behavior and trigger physical upsets. This discord impacts our overall quality of living. Often, we become accustomed to this imbalance and falsely accept it as normal.

Bad Habits

I have two daughters and I remember when they were teenagers, they wanted the latest clothes that everyone else had. At that time money was tight and I began sacrificing what I was wearing to provide clothes for them. They wanted to be “in with the crowd.” Those things are  important when you are trying to create an identity, flirt with the boys and be confident.

Fast forward to ten years later. I had a conference to attend, and I was trying to decide what to wear. Suddenly I realized I had absolutely nothing in my wardrobe. Sacrificing buying clothes had become a bad habit. A habit that did not really serve me well. It was an old behavior pattern that desperately needed to change which brings me to where I am today. As a hypnotist I am an expert in helping people connect with their subconscious mind to change habits and outdated patterns of behavior.

Hypnosis for Change

Hypnosis can assist in uncovering false perspectives and set improved guidelines for new behavioral patterns. This results, of course, is the body learning improved ways of functioning.

Establishing alignment between the physical, emotional, and sacred directs us to a life with deeper meaning, self-affirming focus, and stronger relationships. With the newly established model of living, we experience a freedom to be who we were always meant to be!

Alignment can be established by setting intentions:

  1. To become aware of what no longer feels supportive.
  2. To recognize what stands in your way of meeting desires.
  3. To create self-respect to be used wherever you go.

Hypnosis is a therapeutic tool that expediates the process of discovery and healing. It assists in creating an awareness of what is out of alignment and how to restore our natural ability to be resilient.

No more sacrificing clothes for me. I show my self-respect by how I dress, knowing what I want and support myself.
